welp, this was annoying.
Listen up, I did Phase 1 & 2 hitless just so I can get a chance at this boss, it feels good to get this done tho.
This guy can be a menace if you don't really have a idea for a plan you got, but if you want a decently easy boss on Expert with Whetstone, do Goopy or stm.
