🇫🇷 Après 15 ans d'implication dans divers groupes et dans l'organisation d'événements, CHINEUR troque aujourd'hui sa casquette de directeur-artistique et programmateur contre celle de producteur, pour présenter son propre univers musical avec son premier EP « ASSAMPLAGE » prévu pour avril 2024.
À la racine du projet CHINEUR : un digger de samples qui excelle dans l'art de dénicher des perles musicales afin de transformer ces sons et mélodies rares. Dans ses productions, l'ancien et le nouveau se rencontrent pour créer quelque chose d’unique et varié.
Ses compositions, telles des odyssées vibrantes, sont le fruit d’une habile association des voix du monde entier avec des rythmes électroniques, pour créer un tissu sonore palpitant.
Son premier EP « ASSAMPLAGE » est une exploration audacieuse d’un paysage sonore électronique façonné par des samples orientaux, empruntés aux musiques traditionnelles. « ASSAMPLAGE » s’épanouit à travers huit titres, chacun nous plongeant un peu plus dans cet univers sonore aux nuances Hip Hop, flamenco oriental et mélodies du Moyen-Orient.
Titre éponyme de cet EP, « ASSAMPLAGE » captive et apporte une touche de mysticisme, il reflète le paysage sonore de l’EP dans un seul morceau.
On découvre la puissance de « JAMAL » avec plusieurs évolutions musicales en son sein, construite autour d’un flow rap enraciné dans le riche terreau culturel du Maghreb. "IREN" quant à lui charme avec des basses abyssales en empruntant subtilement au flamenco arabe créant ainsi une fusion envoûtante qui évoque les rythmes passionnés d'Al-Andalus.
Avec « ASSAMPLAGE », CHINEUR confirme son expertise dans la chasse aux samples, promettant de nous guider à travers un périple sensoriel au gré des cultures musicales du monde. 🇬🇧 After 15 years of involvement in various groups and event organization, CHINEUR is swapping his hat from artistic director and programmer to that of a producer, to showcase his own musical universe with his first EP "ASSAMPLAGE," set to be released in April 2024.
CHINEUR's project starts from a talent for finding unique samples, turning rare sounds and tunes into something special. He blends traditional and modern styles to make music that stands out. His tracks are lively journeys, mixing voices from all over the world with electronic rhythms to create an exciting sound.
"ASSAMPLAGE" is a bold journey into an electronic soundscape shaped by Oriental samples borrowed from traditional music. "ASSAMPLAGE" unfolds across eight tracks, each deepening the immersion into a sonic world tinged with Hip Hop, Oriental Flamenco, and Middle Eastern melodies.
The title track of the EP, "ASSAMPLAGE," captivates its listener and adds a touch of mystique, encapsulating the EP's sound in a single piece. The tracks "IRTIJAAL" and "RACHIDA" draw their audience into a trance with their striking bass lines, while "INDIE" provides a melodic introspection, slowly unfolding within an Oriental soundscape.
"JAMAL" reveals its power through various musical progressions, built around a rap flow that's deeply rooted in the rich cultural soil of the Maghreb.
