Since then, the developers did a lot of improvements in the emulator, and from the version 7069 of Nekotekina on, the game isn't hanging anymore. I'm using a version a little bit ahead, the 7084. Both, work very well, I just noticed some hangs when the physics is activated like when I'm breaking objects or when explosions happen, but the game goes on some seconds after that. Despite these worthless issues, the game is completely playable! I played it on FullHD, isotropic filter 16x, I downscale the video's resolution to HD, to produce a smaller file for the YT. Almost one thousand games are playable currently! The Project RPCS3 doesn't support any kind of piracy, dump your own games!
