From mobile
Open YouTube ➡
click on library ➡
scroll down➡
Click on new Playlist ➡
write name and description ➡
click on create ➡
Now click on Home and search the desired video➡
click the three dots shownon the video➡
select save to playlist ➡
further select the playlist name and ➡
click on done➡
your video is added again check
library and refresh the playlist
