Before and after video of conversion of derlict building to luxury apartments
This development consists of transforming this derelict building in the heart of Liverpool city centre into 11 luxury serviced apartments. During this development we faced with a lot of setbacks such as lockdown and shortage of materials and also liaising with retail unit as we needed to use their premises during their winter sales period to connect pipes and disconnect air conditioning units.
