Gym Event Video Production For Powerlifting Training
Here we were asked to film some of the powerlifters at Fitness 24 in Gosport as the practise before a big competition. With big name like Dean Bowring (World Champion 2009) and British champion leading the guys and girls. We also see some spectacular lifts from jack Johnson and Ray Bowring hitting 370kg and 450kg squats!
