This video is about digitizing the current food ordering system in Hotels/Restaurants/Cafes. It is a Web-based Menu ordering system. Herein, customers will also be able to place an order with their smartphone.
Admin can manage the menu and keep a record of the restaurant more easily.
Problem statement | why?
Longer wait while ordering food by Customers.
Sometimes, waiters misunderstood/make mistakes while noting customer’s orders.
More employees are needed to serve the growing number of customers.
Somewhere you need to be in a queue at the counter.
Record keeping becomes tedious
Impacts of the project:
No need to wait for a waiter or to be in a queue.
Customer can place order more quickly and more accurately.
Bill will be displayed to the customer for review.
Serving of food is easier for waiters based on first come first serve routine.
Admin can manage the menu and record keeping more easily.
Minimizes the need for employees necessitates to serve the growing number of customers.
