Attic Air Seal to Pass Blower Door Test
The new 2012 IECC Blower Door Testing requirements have given many builders a challenge. What used to be 7 Air Changes per Hour (ACH) is now only 3 for Climate Zone 4. This video is for builders who are struggling to pass the blower door testing. Normal air sealing of penetrations, bottom plates, and outside corners still required at rough-in.
