0:23 To create the vertical poles, take one large pole and remove the screw.
0:28 Attach the pole to the bottom of a base.
0:31 Secure it tightly with the enclosed L-shaped tool.

0:44 Connect two medium poles with one small pole.
0:53 Repeat with the remaining medium and small poles.
0:58 Extend the horizontal poles slightly longer than your banner.
1:03 Slide one pole through the top pocket of the banner.
1:08 Lift the banner and attach it to the stand using the thumb screws at each end.
1:15 Gradually extend the stand until the banner is a few inches above the ground.
