Ganne: Andante et Scherzo for Flute and Piano (Zucker)
One of the more flowing and lyrical interpretations of this beautiful piece. The piano part in this piece isn't to be understated or reduced to a simple accompaniment; the piano line complements and is just as important as the flutes. I think that a comparison to Beethoven's Kreutzer Sonata is beneficial in understanding the importance and role of the piano in this piece.
