Going Mach 10+ in Stock Kerbal Space Program

Around 10 iterations from my first design has lead my to completing my goal of reaching Mach 10.
Mission Parameters:
-Single stage
-Winged
-Atmospheric flight (speeds accumulated after exiting the atmosphere are irrelevant)
-No rocket engines (I do not count rapiers as rocket engines, even in closed cycle mode)
-Speed readings are taken from the nav ball on surface mode
The speed I reached here was 3527.2 m/s, which is Mach 10.3
