In today’s talk, we’re diving deep into a subject that I’ve touched on in the past but now approach with a fresh perspective—virtue training and its essential role in both our spiritual and professional lives. While this discussion is rooted in my personal reflections and the journey I’m on, I hope it offers you valuable insights that can help you as well. My focus has shifted more toward virtues, as I’ve realized how crucial they are in shaping a life that’s pleasing to God and impactful in the world.
We’ll explore how virtues, both cardinal and theological, are the foundation of Christian education. Memorizing Bible verses is important, but without understanding and applying the virtues behind them, those words can lack the transformative power they’re meant to have. Virtues like fortitude, prudence, justice, temperance, faith, hope, and charity aren’t just principles—they’re spiritual disciplines that guide us toward living a life worthy of heaven. I’ll also touch on the wisdom of saints and theologians who’ve written extensively on virtues, such as Albert the Great and Archbishop Fulton Sheen, whose works provide a deeper understanding of how to cultivate a virtuous life.
Besides, we'll delve into Sower and the Seed - How to be the Good Soil and cultivate a fruitful life. Learn how to nurture your faith and grow in God's word with this insightful lesson.🌟🔍

In our last talk, we discussed the importance of gratitude as the parent of all virtues and how incorporating prayer into your daily routine can be a game-changer. I shared action items like counting your blessings and setting aside time for prayer. Today, we’re going a step further by connecting these concepts with the parable of the Sower and the Seed, specifically how it applies to our lives as life insurance agents or in any professional setting.
I’m not a preacher, but I’ve found that nurturing my spiritual life has deeply impacted my success in the business world. In this talk, we’ll explore the parable of the Sower and the Seed as a metaphor for growing both spiritually and professionally. It’s about cultivating good soil within ourselves to yield a fruitful life, not just in our careers but in our walk with God.
I believe in the Gospel of the Cross, where true joy comes from uniting our suffering with Christ, not from prosperity. By focusing on your relationship with God, you can experience breakthroughs that benefit every aspect of your life. So, join me as we explore how faith and virtues intersect with professional success.
