I normally average from 75-110 fps on csgo with Hyper-Threading Enabled.
Recently from a clip of Michael "shroud" talking about Tyler's "Skadoodle" settings, prompted 3kliksphillip to analyze this in a video. I tested it on my computer, and found that it does raise fps a bit, but after about 15 seconds, or after any mechanic that has to render many things, it lags out. I did a quick test as I was on my lunch break, and will try to put out more data when I get the chance and make a full video about it.
