Visa and MindGeek and Trafficking
Visa is involved in several lawsuits because of their relationship with MindGeek and continuing to allow them to charge using their credit card platform. The major issue here is that MindGeek is being sued for allowing streaming of child sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and other serious crimes on their platforms.
