Set the Storage type for your team members according to your needs
You can change your team members' storage to "shared". This storage feature will provide you with yet another opportunity to collaborate with your team. As a result, instead of individually dedicated storage spaces, team members gain access to the main shared storage, allowing you to work alongside one another with all your data. Each team member can be assigned their own storage settings. For example, half of the team can have their own dedicated storage space while the other half can use the main shared storage.
