PUFF PASTRY RECIPE

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup apple sauce
2 1/2-3 cups fresh or frozen berries
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
coarse sugar for sprinkling
Fresh flowers/ mint leaves for garnishing
vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 rectangles, placing each on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Spread apple sauce evenly topped with raisins and berries. Fold the edges up and over the berries.
4. Brush the edges of the pastry with melt butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar and cinnamon powder.
5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.6. Let cool slightly and garnish with flowers and leaves. Serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
