HOW TO MAKE SILLY PUTTY
Pour two tablespoons of Elmer's White Glue into a dish
Add about 6 drops of food colouring (optional)
Stir with a Popsicle stick or spoon
Add one tablespoon of liquid starch
Stir - it will immediately start to react and harden
Let sit for half an hour. The longer you let it sit, the more it will turn out like silly putty.
Store in a plastic bag or container.
