Weepinbell evolves without Leaf Stone (Pokemon Blue)
Playing Pokemon blue via my Pokemon Stadium 2 and something bizarre happened. A brief google search yielded no reported instances of this bug, but perhaps I missed it? At the time I kind of dismissed it to me forgetting it's evolution time, but then the following day I recalled upon this moment after being in Celadon Dept. Store and seeing the Leaf Stone. Did a quick search to confirm my suspicions.

@0:20 - Bellsprout levels from 20-21, evolves after battle.
@2:20 - Weepinbell levels from 21-22, teleport to PC (Cerulean City)
@5:25 - Weepinbell levels from 22-23, faints during battle, evolves afterwards.
