Art Contest Winner Viraj Kalra
There’s one week left for students to participate in the City’s "Black History Month: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion" Art Contest. The deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 28.
The contest is open to students who live in Richardson or attend a school in Richardson. Winning works will be published through the City's communications channels, with the winning students receiving $200 and certificates of achievement from the Mayor and Council.
