Quantum Break - Optimization Settings Guide PC + Gameplay GTX1070 Performance (Dynamic Res)
I went and locked the framerate to 30FPS this game is optimized for it... this game is a great example of dynamic resolution aka up scaling which will feature heavy in the upcoming consoles.
