This project is our heart and soul!
We love to give back to our community and open opportunities for new talents. Therefore we opened ReactiveConf to not well-represented groups in IT and welcomed 18 talented individuals (explorers) who are interested in IT and needed little encouragement to purchase their career or to keep doing their great work!
By this project we wanted to support institutions, communities, companies, and individuals who have been working day and night on strengthening diversity and competitiveness in IT, break the old myths about IT nerds and show that where there is a will there can be an IT career.
On this adventure, they got to experience the full day of our conference as well as to meet some inspirational speakers such as Necoline Hubner, David Nolen, Richard Feldman and so many more!
And what is even better, they ended up spending all three days with us!
