Video # 9 : 3" x 2" Plate Cell Test - New Batch @ 20 Amps.
Replaced the water today after a fill-up. Amped it up to 20 w/KOH and did some additional sealing attempts w/bungie cords to get that top sealed. We'll see how this one does over the next few days.
