In this video I show you how to download, install, and configure FLASK on Linux Ubuntu. Flask is Flask is a microframework for Python based on Werkzeug, and Jinja 2. We need Flask in order to online stream the video produced by the Apache Kafka queue.
This video is part of a new set of videos where I use OpenCV and Apache Kafka to produce motion detection. We then use Apache Kafka to serve us each frame in the queue where we can online stream it using a simple flask application.
