Cheat Engine , And It Turns Out That No Matter Where I Go In And From Where
I'M Left , Rachel's Car Will Always Be On The Road [ Track № 4000 ] / [ Bayview
City ] And That Way I Can Ride It For The Whole Career , That's The Whole Secret .
But Keep In Mind , That This Secret Took Me 19 Years . Sincerely , Horror666 Ⓒ ッ !!!
And On Top Of That : I Added Third-Degree Hydraulics To The Visual Part Of Rachel's Car Through
The Hex Editor In The Memory Of The Game , Since In Fact This Part Is Not
