To open the BIOS settings in Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

1. Start by clicking on the "Start" button on your desktop.
2. Then, click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the Start menu.
3. In the Settings window, click on "Update & Security".
4. Next, click on "Recovery" in the left-hand menu.
5. Under "Advanced startup", click on the "Restart now" button.
6. Your computer will restart and display the "Choose an option" screen. Click on "Troubleshoot".
7. Click on "Advanced options" and then select "UEFI Firmware Settings" or "BIOS Setup".
8. This will take you to the BIOS settings.

To enable virtualization in Windows 10, follow these steps:

1. Go to the BIOS settings (as described above).
2. Look for the "Virtualization" or "Intel Virtualization Technology" option.
3. Enable this option if it is not already enabled.
4. Save and exit the BIOS settings.

If the UEFI option is missing in your BIOS settings, it could be because your computer is using the legacy BIOS instead of the newer UEFI BIOS. To check if your machine supports UEFI, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Windows "System Information" screen by typing "msinfo32" into the search bar and hitting Enter.
2. Look for the "BIOS Mode" entry in the System Summary section. If it says "UEFI", then your computer is using UEFI.
3. If your computer is not using UEFI, you may need to update your motherboard's firmware or upgrade your hardware to support it.
