This is Ayesha Curry Recipe and since i only had 3 Chicken i just added a little of some seasoning
3 chicken quarters
Salt and pepper
1 and a half tablespoons butter
1 and a half tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
3 cloves chopped garlic
3/4 cup chicken stock or broth
Half cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 and half cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ginger (peel the skin off)
