These are the best 7 High Yield Dividend ETFs to Buy and Own in 2025.
These 7 ETFs give you an above average dividend yield but also diversification and stability.
You're going to find the best in the range 3.5% to 6%. I’m not going to give you ETFs with 8-10% dividend yield, because I don’t believe any of those can maintain that yield for more than a couple of years. How I've chosen the ETFs:
I narrowed down to only broadly diversified ETFs.
I excluded ETFs with expense ratios higher than 0.55%.
I screened out Funds that have been created in the past three years.
I discarded ETFs with Morningstar star rating below 3 (measures a fund’s risk-adjusted return, relative to open-end funds in the same category).
The last selection was personal and I tried to diversify between typologies, value and growth, holdings and momentum, and I considered the current development of the ETF prices.
P.s. another great ETF I could have included is SPYD, the SPDR® Portfolio S&P 500® High Dividend ETF.
