Night Drive in the Safari feat. TRX-4 Defender
A short night time jaunt in the greenspace behind my house with my Traxxas TRX-4 Land Rover Defender D110.
I took advantage of the foliage back there to try and get a hackjob safari grassland look going. I think it turned out pretty good for a zero-effort setup.
This truck was the first gen. RTR kit. I've swapped the motor to a 35T and steering servo to a 25kg, fabricated all the lights, and of course, added a few decorative bits on the body shell to make it look a bit more scale.
Electronics are stock, other than that.
