KOZEN - "Sunwaves" [OFFICIAL LYRIC VIDEO]
"Sunwaves" is the first track from our EP of the same name, released on July 26 of 2024. Originally drafted around 2017 or 2018, the song was seriously discussed for inclusion on our 2019 album "A Fearful Wonder." It ended up not being complete enough to make the cut, but with a lot more time to simmer it finally developed a solid identity for itself. The music reflects the band's shared love for J-Rock and older styles of Metal from the 80's.
The song is dedicated to anyone who has struggled to find and shamelessly pursue their path in life. May you flow freely in the current of your life, and drift free of care towards your guiding light.
