The Becky Chronicles continue! Greysteel Athlete Becky, Age 67, hits medium day with the heaviest deadlifts of her cycle, and accumulates volume and practice in the squat and the overhead press under the watchful eye of Coaches Sully, Caroline, and Harpreet, with a special appearance by our very promising Greysteel Coaching Fellow, Katie.
