Cutting machine for linear guides - CUTTING MACHINE for PRECISE “TO THE LENGTH” CUT of linear guides
NG-TECH has studied and developed a technical solution for our customers that produce and distribute different types of linear guides offering its customers the service "cutting to size".
Our solution consist in the manual positioning of the reference block and the positioning of the reference pin for precise cutting.
The reference block is position able by two hand wheels, one "fast" for long rides and one "slow" for precise positioning, where the mechanical reference block position is readable on the dedicated digital display.
The reference pin is position able by independent hand wheel and serves for precise positioning from the first hole to the cut. The exact position is on the second, dedicated digital display.
The spindle is mounted onto the rigid arm; the cutting disc, having a maximum diameter 300 mm and small thickness ensures very small amount of material waste and the overheating of the cutting zone.
The closing of the vices is fully automatic, once the piece is positioned on the mechanical stop and the operator lowers the cutting lever, the reference pin drops down and the vices closes and fix the piece.
The machining process is accompanied with liquid coolant, directed in the carefully studied points in order to ensure the cooling of the tool and the work piece, eliminating the presence of typical powders for this type of machining process.
On the top of the machine is mounted the vacuum cleaner that completely eliminate the machining oil mist leak into the environment, dangerous for the operator and ambient when, for the machining area cleaning, as standard, there's the industrial brush with the coolant coming out internal of bristles for better cleaning.
The standard equipment that accompany the machine there's the set of keys for machine maintenance and disc tool substitution;
The advantages of a cutting performed with this machine are:
· N° 1 guarantee all cuts the same and perpenducular;
· N° 2 guarantee all cut pieces have the same length and
· N° 3 positioning and machine adjusting is rapid and flexible, the passage from one lenght to the new one is fast and
· N° 4 aesthetics, which enhances the product giving the right value to the type of product
