How to solder LITZ individually enameled stranded copper wire (Headphone/Audio cables)
When I was a kid the stuff was the pain of my existence.. I often had no choice but to repair my headphones as buying new ones was too expensive. I did not have a proper thermal regulated soldering iron, I didn't have the right kind of solder, I had flux paste in a can.. It was a nightmare
It's doable though it's a lot easier with proper solder and a nice soldering iron.
