WW1 Dolomite-Frontline Flight. Situation September 1917.
Flight over the area from the Carnic Ridge to the Col di Lana, in blue the Austro-Hungarian positions, cable cars and roads in September 1917, in red the Italian ones. The basis is numerous maps at a scale of 1:25,000 from the Austrian State Archives in Vienna, georeferenced and redrawn with QGIS and visualized with Google Earth Studio.
