Type 3 Gynecomastia Consultation
Dr. Cruise gives a sneak preview of what a Type 3 Gynecomastia consultation will be like. In his assessment, he looks for where the xiphoid process meets with the 6th rib to get a better understanding of where the muscle is beneath. Dr. Cruise outlines the borders of the glandular tissue and marks the “hockey stick” (Where the armpit meets the chest border) of the chest. This gives him a better understanding of the type of incisions he needs to make in order to give a more chest definition, while also maintaining a nipple placement that is above the muscle.
