Sheriff's sergeant questioned about drunken driving
James Porter, a Kitsap County Sheriff's sergeant, was found in his Jeep intoxicated on Oct. 16, 2015.
The video seen here, taken from body camera footage of Poulsbo Police Department officers, was acquired through a public records request.
