Фондовый рынок – это финансово-экономический инструмент мирового масштаба, основная функция которого заключается в регулировке оборота ценных бумаг путём купли, продажи, обмена или залога. Кроме акций на фондовом рынке торгуют облигациями и векселями.
Почему мы решили коснуться именно фондового рынка? Ответ прост!
• В дебатах часто встречаются резолюции про экономику, где для правильного понимания их и для лучшего анализа очень важно знать основы и работу фондового рынка;
• Для понимания механизма работы инвестиций, денежных оборотов крупных (и не только) компаний;
• Мы сами, не замечая того, так или иначе касаемся фондового рынка, и поэтому стоит понимать его работу и базовые понятия.

The stock market refers to public markets that exist for issuing, buying, and selling stocks that trade on a stock exchange or over-the-counter. Stocks, also known as equities, represent fractional ownership in a company, and the stock market is a place where investors can buy and sell ownership of such investable assets.
Why did we decide to explain the stock market? The answer is simple!
• In the debate there are often resolutions about the economy, where it is very important to know the fundamentals and the work of the stock market in order to understand them correctly and for better analysis;
• To understand the mechanism of investment, the cash flow of large (and not only) companies;
• In everyday life we directly interact with the stock market, and therefore it is worth understanding its work and basic concepts.
