How to upgrade PHP, phpMyAdmin and Apache latest version in Xampp on Windows. No need to reinstall xampp!!!
Now,
1. Download Xampp Latest Version

Extract and get the PHP, phpMyadmin, Apache directories
2. Change php, phpmyadmin, apache folder to others name in xampp.
After copy: php, phpmyadmin, apache to xampp.
3. Config url php, phpmyadmin, apache
With php folder: php.ini
With phpmyadmin: not change
with Apache: httpd-xampp.conf; httpd-ssl.conf in...apache/conf/extra
httpd.conf in.../apache/conf
change to path of xampp folder installed on windows,
Here on my computer is: E:/xampp738
