To reduce the interest in re-sharing Wi-Fi by customers, there's no need to block netshare tethering and other measures.
We simply need to implement a FUP system on vouchers.
FUP for Wi-Fi vouchers is a scheme where a Wi-Fi voucher has a reasonable internet quota usage limit. If the usage limit is exceeded, the internet can still be used unlimitedly as usual, but the voucher's speed will be reduced.
