Search with the Dial by Name Directory Using a GoTo Star Code
Dial-by-name directories are populated with extensions from your system, so you don't have to devise a fancy way to remember them all.
Now, searching the directory with this star code is only available when dialing from an internal GoTo Connect phone. If you want callers outside of your organization to have the option to search for their destination party, a system admin will need to set that option up within a dial plan.
