Using Facebook Messenger's One-Time Notification With Chatfuel (In-Depth Tutorial)
There are exceptions to almost every rule. In March 2020, Facebook released its new Messenger policies, which state that you can’t contact users outside the 24-hour window. Two of the most common exceptions are:
1. Sponsored Messages
2. One-Time Notifications (OTN)

An OTN is a single message sent to users outside the 24-hour window for a specific purpose (like back-in-stock alerts, for example). The user must opt-in to receive this message before you send it.
