READ DESCRIPTION (it's a little explanation...):
Soooo, this is a longer video! I think Loki's character is very interesting and i really wanted to kinda do a study on the different aspects of his personality. I hope this conveys what i wanted to!
It is split into 5 parts:
1. (0:36) - The Villain: This is what Loki is associated with the most when you first see his character on screen.
2. (2:13) - The Outsider: This brings us to the first quote of the video, "a villain is just a victim whose story hasn't been told." I got this quote from an article I read about Loki (https://thedailyfandom.com/character-.... Loki is very much the 'outsider' in Asgard and within his family due to his past etc.
3. (4:26) - The Conflicted: As the movies progress Loki becomes very conflicted. He seems to be stuck between sticking with his old habits of wanting the throne and his jealousy of his brother, but he also is starting to realise how much his brother (and other things actually) does/do mean to him for example, "i never wanted the throne, i only ever wanted to be your equal".
4. (5:52) - The Brother: Throughout the films Loki and Thor were shown to be playful with classic sibling rivalry but Ragnarok (and probably the end of The Dark World) showed that they truly were becoming brothers again and trusting each other. In the end, Loki is Thor's brother and vice versa.
5. (7:57) - The Avenger: This really shows Loki's character development, in Infinity War you can really see how much Loki has grown and he is willing to give his life to save the world. This definitely earns him the title of an avenger (even if some of the other avengers still don't trust him).
So thank you for watching! Hope you get to the end!
