Watch the beautiful scenery and huge waves up in North Shore, Oahu in the Hawaii islands. Known as the surfing capital of the world, it's not just for surfers. Nature lovers and those seeking a laid back beach vacation will love it. You won't find chain stores or restaurants up here. We travelled in January/February during the winter months when the waves are the fiercest. In the summer, it calms down a bit.
