There's exotics in the game which benefit supers, such as Geomag stabilizers taking Chaos Reach from a very short base duration to a respectable 8 seconds. But we can do better, how about 12 seconds? Its possible by utilizing the solar titan aspect Sol Invictus. This reduces the passive super drain by 40% but is only available to either hammer of sol or burning maul at base.
With the exotic Phoenix Cradle the Sol Invictus buff can be shared to any allies passing through a sunspot, so now any super in game can also benefit from reduced super drain. This works especially well on those supers which deal their damage through a channeled ability, any roaming super will see some benefit. Instant use supers such as Celestial Golden Gun or Thundercrash will not see a benefit.
