Implementation of Second Phase Immunization in Bina Insan Mandiri Kindergarten
TK BIM, Jakarta - Outbreak Response Imunization (ORI) held by Public Health Center of Srengseng Village is done gradually. In TK Bina Insan Mandiri, ORI begins on Wednesday, January 10, 2018.

Outbreak Response Immunization (ORI) is one of the efforts to overcome a disease by giving immunization. For children who are not in school, ORI can be done at Posyandu, Puskesmas and other health facilities.

Diphtheria immunization is divided into three types: DPT-HB-Hib vaccine, DT vaccine and Td vaccine given at different ages. The DPT-HB-Hib vaccine is administered through primary immunization in infants under one year of age by three doses at a month's distance. Furthermore, immunization is given (booster) in children aged 18 months by 1 dose.

In grade 1 primary school students are given 1 dose of DT vaccine, then in grade 2 and 5 students are given 1 dose of Td vaccine. ORI Diphtheria should be done 3 times to form the immune from bacteria corynebacterium diphteriae.
