I know that (sometimes) it could be difficult to stay motivated during studies. For this reason, I made this video.
I don't want to talk about pens, colors, notes (I'll talk about them in another video). Today I want to talk about you, and your mind. It's not easy to stay motivated, because you need to understand several things. For example, the meaning of resilience (I would like to talk about the persistence hunting in another video), or the filtered stress.
You can learn to stay motivated, and I tried to put many notions into this video!
