HYDROGEN POWERED - First parallelization of 3 GEH2® with GENPOWER
It’s a first: 3 GEH2® power generators paralleled for the 1st time on a construction site in the Netherlands.
Initiated by TenneT TSO B.V. (local power grid operator) and A.Hak (specializing in building and construction), three GEH2® were deployed on site with the help of our distributor Genpower BV. The generators provide 210kW of continuous #power enough to recharge all the 100% #electric equipment on site, as well as recharging a 500kWh battery pack during breaks which enable a max power output of up 450kVA.
In all, some 840kg of #hydrogen available on site will be used to meet the needs of this large-scale project. This world first and #sustainable configuration paves the way for many other prospects to decarbonize worksites around the world. 🌎🌱
