Road Conditions Changed While I Was Out (Middlebourne WV Area)
I was out around 12:30 PM. The state road and the town of Middlebourne has done a great job on the roads. However, we are still getting more snow. While I was out the road conditions changed on me in the Middlebourne area. I should have stayed home but made it back safely.
