[FEH] I Created This Monstrosity To Fight Brave Lyn! - Fire Emblem Heroes
Works great against Nino and Bride Cordelia as well! Look at Cordelia run away! Great job Henry! I found the secret sauce to making you higher tier.
How to become higher tier:
Step 1: Be universally considered one of the worst heroes
Step 2: Release one of the most broken heroes ever
Step 3: Be a natural counter to said hero
Step 4: Profit!!!
So why Henry? You may be asking. Well as one of the highest defense mages in the game, Henry is already a nightmare to colorless units. His defense is high enough that he doesn't need Triangle Adept to tank archers. This is important as I believe Cancel Affinity is a natural choice for Brave Lyn's kit. If she receives a fortify cavalry buff then she has enough defense to not be ohko'd by DC users which nullifies the need for Sacae's Blessing, but she will always have to worry about Triangle adept Raven mages unless she runs Cancel Affinity.
As can be seen from the first clip, Henry was able to survive against a max offensive potential Brave Bow Brave Lyn with Death Blow and buffed with Hone Cavalry with QP Moonbow which hits twice in battle. All with no buffs of his own.
Note that Eirika is the only character on my team that has buffs.
Boey is another good candidate for being a counter to Brave Lyn, but even he would have lost that battle with Brave Lyn. That's because on top having the highest natural defense for mages, Henry also has the highest HP pool, which also makes him a great Panic Ploy user. I never actually hit a Panic Ploy in the video due to the nature of the maps, but it makes him a great counter to Nino and Cecilia as well.
