Hinterstein for the Schrecksee
Parking at the "Auf der Höh" car park (parking fee €10 for the whole day) and bus at 11:15 (departure from Hinterstein (directly at the car park) to Auele/Schrecksee). The cost of the bus is €3.30 per trip.
From there it was a 3 hour climb uphill to the lake.
If you can't find parking because if you don't arrive early it fills up very quickly. It's small, there are parking lots in some places that rent it to you for 5 or 7 euros a day,
