Sonic R Anti-Piracy Screen (Saturn)
The PC version doesn't have an anti-Piracy version, DRM was difficult to implement on home computers in the 90s.
I achieved this not by actually having a pirated copy, but rather by taking the disk out during the intro and putting it back in when the Sega Saturn into was playing.
